Before submitting a manuscript, authors are requested to carefully review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and efficient review and publication process.
1. General Information
- Language: All manuscripts must be written in clear, concise, and grammatically correct English.
- Originality: Papers submitted to ACSIS must be original, not previously published, and not under consideration elsewhere.
- Plagiarism: Manuscripts will be screened using plagiarism detection software. Submissions with similarity above the acceptable threshold will be rejected without review.
- Manuscript Type: ACSIS accepts the following types of submissions:

2. Manuscript Preparation
Authors are encouraged to follow the ACSIS manuscript format for uniformity and clarity.
2.1 Title Page
The title page must include:
- Title of the manuscript (concise and informative)
- Full names of all authors
- Affiliations (Department, Institution, City, Country)
- Corresponding authorโs email address
- ORCID ID (if available)
2.2 Abstract and Keywords
- An abstract of 200โ250 words summarizing the objectives, methodology, results, and conclusion.
- Include 4โ6 relevant keywords for indexing purposes.
2.3 Main Text Structure
The main manuscript should be organized as follows:
- Introduction โ Background, objectives, and problem statement.
- Literature Review โ Overview of relevant research and theoretical background.
- Methodology โ Detailed explanation of materials, methods, algorithms, or experimental setup.
- Results and Discussion โ Presentation and interpretation of findings, supported by tables and figures.
- Conclusion โ Summary of key findings, implications, and future work.
- Acknowledgments (optional).
- References โ Follow the required reference style.
2.4 Tables and Figures
- Tables and figures must be numbered consecutively and cited within the text.
- Provide high-resolution figures in JPEG, PNG, or TIFF format.
- Each table or figure should include a clear caption and source (if applicable).
2.5 References
- All references should be accurate and complete.
- Use a consistent referencing style โ preferably APA (7th edition) or IEEE format.
- Include DOI links whenever available.
3. Manuscript Submission Process
- Manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the official website: https://e-csis.org/.
- The system requires authors to create an account or log in before submission.
- After submission, authors will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of the manuscript.
4. Peer Review Process
- All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review to ensure impartial evaluation.
- The review process typically takes 4โ6 Days from the date of submission.
- Reviewers evaluate submissions based on originality, scientific quality, clarity, methodology, and contribution to the field.
- The editorial team reserves the right to reject papers that do not meet the journalโs standards or scope.
5. Publication Fees
- ACSIS follows an open-access model, where published articles are freely available online.
- An Article Processing Charge (APC) may apply after acceptance to cover editorial and publication costs.
- APC details and waiver policies are transparently listed on the journalโs website.
6. Copyright and Licensing
- Authors retain full copyright of their work.
- Upon acceptance, authors grant ACSIS the right to publish under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
- This allows unrestricted reuse, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided proper credit is given.
7. Ethical Considerations
Authors must adhere to the highest ethical standards in research and publication:
- Declare any conflicts of interest.
- Obtain ethical approval for studies involving human or animal subjects.

8. After Acceptance
- Once a paper is accepted, authors will receive galley proofs for final review before publication.
